If you are not satisfied with the comfort or support of your new mattress set, you may exchange your mattress within 100 days of your original delivery/pickup date. Guarantee not valid on adjustable bases, clearance purchases, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors and other accessories. Any item to be exchanged must be in “like-new” condition, and free from any soiling, stains, or any other damage. The delivery fee for all Comfort Guarantee exchanges is $99.

The Sleep Shop is committed to offering the best prices to our customers. We will beat any advertised price by 10% on comparable mattress sets. If after your purchase you find a comparable mattress advertised at a lower price than what you paid, simply bring in that advertisement within 100 days of your purchase date and you will be credited via store credit or by a refund check in the mail. This guarantee does not apply to floor models, clearance items, door busters and vendor rebates. This offer does not apply to online websites such as ebay.com and craigslist.com.
Here at The Sleep Shop we are happy to assist you with the manufacturer warranty process, and will always strive to make this process as easy as possible for you. The Sleep Shop will honor warranties that fall within the manufacturers’ guidelines on products purchased at The Sleep Shop. Some manufacturers choose to handle their own warranty claims, in which case you will be given their warranty department’s contact information to handle your claim. Mattresses must be free of stains and any other damage in order for the warranty to be valid. A delivery fee will be charged for all warranty exchanges.
All clearance sales and floor model sales are considered final sales. There are no warranties offered with these items, and they are considered AS-IS. There is no comfort guarantee offered with clearance and floor model sales.
